This Rain Is So Unnatural

It makes me think that tomorrow really might be the day...

A coworker just told me that the girls camp up above Heber (that they wanted to camp at this weekend) has received 2.5 ft of snow this past week.

At work the rain is just pelting pelting the roof right above me.

And all I can think about is this tweet I read from Station 22 in Provo: Asian inspired wich' - Schezwan pepper crusted ahi tuna~ ginger, cucumber slaw~ wasabi garlic mayo and all between a warm ciabatta roll.

geez, I hope I can sink my teeth into one of those before the world ends.

Gandolfo's Barbaque Bronx

Often when I am eating a sandwich I try to think of the person who invented a sandwich. Or the person who finalized what a perfect sandwich entails.
tomato
mustard
lettuce
onion
cheese
meat
pickles
mayo
... it's perfect.

That person was a food wizard and I'd like to shake his hand. Or maybe erect a statue in his honor.
90 percent of the time when I am hungry, all I crave is a sandwich. It's the only thing that makes sense.

Every once in awhile when I am eating a sandwich, I'll pause... holding the sandwich in both hands level with my face, and I will feel like I am holding the worlds greatest combinations. "Yesssss... here it is. Man's greatest masterpiece, right here in my grasp. The pinnacle of man's accomplishments."

Then I see someone order a sandwich and I hear "hold the onions" or "hold the mustard"... I am disgusted. Don't mess with science, people.. those ingredients are there for a reason.
