In high school I used to keep my american rejects cd in a coheed & cambria jewel case. Didn't want anyone to know I was rocking out to them.
I think once your music taste matures enough you can like whatever you want and noone can really make fun of you. I feel like I am at this stage in my life. If my music collection were a cake... britney spears and the all american rejects would be the sprinkles on top.
I love music. I can listen to a single song over and over and over again. Like I'm shoving it in my brain through my ears, I want it inside me. I want to eat it. Lately I feel like I am swimming in music. So much good music. So many new albums. It excites me.
You should download "gives you hell" and listen to it a bunch, it might be the best decision you make all day.
