Zootility Tools

One of my favorite parts about wandering around the OR Show is checking out the smaller booths where the start up companies hang out. These smaller companies have my heart because I hope to be brave enough to do the same thing one day, plus they are usually excited to talk to you about their ideas and creative products.

One of the cutest/coolest things that caught my eye at one of these smaller booths was the Pocket Monkey made by Zootility Tools. I thought to myself... now this is the kind of tool a proper mountain woman would have.

This debit card sized tool fits perfectly in your wallet, and when in a time of need, it has many uses. It's a phone kickstand, bottle opener, peeler, letter opener, door latch slip (instead of using your library card), flat screwdriver, micro screwdriver, phillips screwdriver, hex wrenches, english ruler, and straight edge!

I just think it's rad that this would always be with you, even in an airport because they are TSA approved. Let's say you are at a party where someone can't find a bottle opener... no worries, I got one. Oh, you need a phone kickstand? Here ya go! Did you lock yourself out of a room?... let's see if this works. So proper mountain woman-ly.

They are also trying to get funding for their Headgehog on kickstarter, which I think is even more adorable than the monkey. At their booth at the OR they had a lot of other cute slim tools with forest animals on them which I'm hoping will be on their website soon.

I hope these guys do well, I really like having this little monkey dude in my clutch.
