igoogle displays a picture from national geographic daily on my homepage, this was a picture from last week. I loved it so much that I replaced it for my desktop picture, which was formerly a scenic picture from our trip to of Budapest (shot by Tom).

This picture above was taken in Maine. As I have been staring at I get lost in thought, wondering at all the things I have never seen, but hope to one day. I hope to see the Aurora Borealis at some point in my life.

  2. That's pretty awesome. Crazy how things like that exist--it's a shame we can't see them from here. I won't, however, live in Maine just to see that every night! I would visit.

    By the way, I clicked on your link to Tom's pics and got to see all the ones McKay wouldn't let us see when you two came over and he has some awesome pictures of Europe! I have a new desktop background of pigeons in Venice, thanks to Tom. Tell him he rocks!
