Whitney: Just out of curiousity--you wouldn't be related to Matt and RaVoe Orton would you?
I assume, based on some of your other blog entries and the language/word choices you use that you're LDS. If my memory serves me properly, I believe Matt and RaVoe had a daughter named Whitney. When I was growing up in Utah, many, many years ago, RaVoe was my YW advisor...
Just wondering if you're THAT Whitney and if you're connected to the Ortons I knew so long ago.

Matt and Voe are my parents. And your name does sound familiar. How did you find this blog?
ReplyDeleteWhitney: You may have heard my name in passing as a little kid. I think you were all of three when I moved away.
ReplyDeleteAnyway--I found your blog by clicking on "Next Blog" at the top of the Blogger header a week or so ago.
Please tell your parents I say "hello." They're fine people. My sister, Janeen, and I both have very warm memories of them.
